Man stripped of shoes, pants robbed and shot in leg

According to the Wilmington Police Department, the victim told authorities he was returning from the store when he was approached by a car on Hanover Street around 11:30 p.m. 

He said two men got out of the vehicle and robbed him of money. The victim also told officials the men made him take off his shoes and pants so they could take those as well.

The victim said the driver was about 6'4" and about 215 lbs. with light brown dread locks. He described the passenger as being about 5'8" and about 180 lbs. with a bald shaved head. According to the victim, both men were white.

Golden Time: Vivid Memories is in development for PlayStation Vita and slated for spring 2014. A limited edition priced at 10,479 yen ($106) includes the game plus a fan book and 1/8 figurine of Koko Kaga in a swimsuit. The game alone costs 6,279 yen ($65).
