Huntsville's Panoply Arts Festival forecast: Wear your rainboots

Jennifer Schuller knows what she'll be bringing to the Panoply Arts Festival on Saturday and Sunday: her rain boots. The meteorologist with the National Weather Service office in Huntsville will be spending the weekend in Big Spring Park at the NWS tent and she expects to get a little soggy.

"In the afternoon time frame, there could be some small hail with the stronger storms," Schuller said.

Saturday evening, the chance of rain will be 60 to 80 percent and will stick around all night and linger into the daylight hours. "Sunday night even, we've got that chance of showers," Schuller said.
